This news is now official. We were all thinking that Catching Fire and Mockingjay, two books could be covered in 3 movies but Lionsgate has decided to spilt each of the book into three movies. So there will be three movies both for Catching Fire and Mockingjay.
The reason behind it is the both books are large enough to be covered by two or three movies. That why six movies each for one year. Last movie of Mockingjay will appear in 2019. Jeniffer Lawrence and the director Gary Ross has been signed for all the six movies.It will be fun to see the Hunger Games for six years. But it will be too much a wait. Three years to complete one book.
