Please don’t be mistaken by looking at this Kareena Kapoor picture. Surely this is Kareena’s image but the bump you can see could give an illusion that she is pregnant with 6 or 7 month baby. But this is not real but fake bump created for the movie Heroine which is slated to release on 14th September, 2012.
